The studio grew out of the owner's interest in aesthetics and energy healing, and it brings those two areas together in one place. Skin care treatments are paired with energy-based work, so a single visit can cover both the skin and the wider sense of balance.

The approach is holistic. Treatments address the physical skin along with the energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual sides of a person. The studio is clear that energy work is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Booking is online, and clients are asked to choose the top of the hour when possible and to name a specific day, time and services. Anyone who cannot find a suitable slot online can text the studio with their preferred day and time. Clients complete a consultation form before their appointment. Services at the Spring Lake Heights location are by advance appointment only. Retail shopping, including online, phone and FaceTime appointments, is also available.

The Essential Facial is a one-hour deep-cleansing treatment with warm aromatherapy compresses, herbal steam, a cleansing clay mask and a decollete massage. The studio suggests repeating it every four to six weeks for maintenance. The Classical Dr. Hauschka treatment is a longer two-hour facial that includes a sage foot bath, lavender compresses, steam, a clay mask and lymph stimulation, using a skin-type-specific remedy from the Dr. Hauschka line. It is recommended for a first Dr. Hauschka experience and at each change of season.

The studio's BioMat sessions combine far infrared rays, negative ions and amethyst crystals, and they appear in several services, including facial reflexology routines and LED light therapy. The five-session Nervous System Reset series is completed within two weeks, with the appointment schedule set after the first session. Intentional Resonance Repatterning has no fixed protocol and is requested through a wish submitted on the site.

The studio says it uses organic products and describes its skin care ingredients as high quality and blended for each client. Gift certificates are available. Personal far infrared saunas and a MAYU Swirl Sauna are sold, and the Highlands showroom can be visited by appointment to see them in person.
