The studio describes its services as meant to ease, rebuild and build confidence in how clients feel about their skin.

The facial menu is built around named rituals. The Spellbound Ritual is a customized facial that the studio describes as its most popular, offered at 75 or 105 minutes. The New Moon Ritual is reserved for first-time clients and includes a full consultation, skin analysis, a custom treatment, homecare recommendations and a personalized plan. Other rituals include the Dermaplane Ritual for resurfacing with three length options, the Fire & Ice Ritual with warming and cooling phases, the Oxygen Rx Ritual for inflamed, acne-prone, rosacea-prone or sensitized skin, and the Luxe Lift Ritual, which uses firming peptide technology. The Harvest Moon Ritual is a seasonal autumn facial, offered in a standard version and a longer 90-minute version with added modalities.

Clients book online through GlossGenius, and phone or email requests may not get a prompt reply. Clients have a 7-minute grace period, and later arrivals may have their service shortened or moved. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50 percent of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Changes inside 24 hours need a call or text to the studio, with text preferred. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming clients are welcome. Clients can book the extended-time option or message the studio if unsure what they need. Brazilian waxing for men is no longer offered; existing male clients may still book, but new male bookings are canceled.

Patricia describes her approach as pairing practical results with intuitive care, without pressure.
