For lightening, the menu includes balayage with toner, partial and full highlights, accent highlights, peek-a-boo color on the lower layer, bleach retouches for existing blonde, and all-over bleach with toner on natural hair. Natural color options include full root touch-ups, all-over color and color correction, which is charged in $150 hourly increments set at the consultation. A demi-permanent gloss or tone is available for refreshing color, though it cannot lighten hair.

Vivid color is a major part of the menu. Options range from a single accent vivid color to multicolor application on pre-lightened hair, a full vivid all-over color, and a vivid color correction. Vivid Color Surprise lets the stylist choose the colors and is limited in spots; clients should be willing to be photographed and open to multiple or rainbow shades.
