The salon describes itself as a personal, one-stop place for hair and nails, and every visit is booked by appointment. Sunday appointments are not offered. Consultations are included in appointments, and a stand-alone consultation can be booked at no cost.

On the hair side, the menu covers women's and men's cuts, root touch-ups, a blonde root touch-up that lightens roots to a single solid blonde without foils or lowlights, partial and all-over highlights, solid all-over color, and balayage with a luxury blow dry and style. Glaze, gloss and toner treatments, Olaplex, deep conditioning, and a luxury wash and blow dry are offered as add-ons or on their own. Color correction is not bookable online and begins with a consultation for pricing and scheduling.

Nail services include Gel X tip extensions, full acrylic sets in French or gel polish, SNS dip powder French and color manicures, gel polish manicures, a Russian gel manicure with detailed cuticle work, and builder gel for added strength. A standard polish manicure, a pedicure in a spa chair with disposable liners and sealed kits, soak-off removal for enhancements done elsewhere, and nail repair are also available. Nail art is an add-on to acrylic sets.

Lash and brow services include a lash lift and tint, eyebrow shaping, tinting or lamination, and a full face wax covering the brows, lip and chin. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $100, $200, $300 or a custom value.
