Services are grouped into brows, lashes, lash extensions, and waxing. The brow menu runs from mapping and shaping to standard and hybrid tinting, lamination, bleaching and lightening, a halal brow option, and a brow rehab series of serum treatments. Brow mapping is included with every brow service so the proposed shape is shown before work begins, and brow shaping can use tweezing for clients who cannot use wax.

The lash menu includes lifts done with traditional or Korean techniques, lift and tint options with curls and a range of colors, and extensions applied with either traditional glue that cures with humidity and temperature or UV-cured glue. Extension styles include classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume, wet, wispy, eyeliner, manga or anime, color block, full color, and UV reactive. A first full set is booked for about three hours, while fills take 1.5 or 2 hours and count as fills only when extensions remain on both eyes. Most extension clients return every three to three and a half weeks, though no fixed schedule is required.

A visit starts with a complimentary in-person consultation of at least 10 minutes to talk through service options and goals. New clients send an appointment request, then complete policy agreements and consent forms after it is confirmed. The treatment room has heated memory foam tables with pillows, a leg wedge, and blankets, and the seating area has a charging station along with snacks, candy, stickers, and drinks. Aftercare products are provided at no cost for lash lifts, lash extensions, hybrid brow tint, and lamination.

Results are shaped to each client rather than standardized, and the studio aims for a personalized, low-pressure setting.
