New in-person clients begin with a one-hour First Time Client appointment for $200, with a $50 deposit that goes toward the visit. Before brows, lashes or lips work, a free consultation is offered, and follow-up visits are included for brows, lip blush and lash enhancement. Virtual consultations over Zoom run 35 to 40 minutes for $100, and virtual follow-ups are 25 minutes for $75. Morpheus8 is priced by area and number of sessions and is quoted after a First Time Client visit.

Hours are Monday 10 am to 3 pm and Tuesday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Saturday appointments are offered on select dates by appointment, and the practice is closed on Sundays. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice, and changes made with less notice cost $50. Monday appointments must be changed by 4 pm the Friday before. No-shows are charged 50 percent of the treatment, and arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days, and opened products receive a credit within 14 days, with exceptions for emergencies and illness.
