The menu is organized into manicures, pedicures, full sets and fills, additional nail services, and waxing. Manicure and pedicure options range from basic service to deluxe and VIP packages, with gel versions of most. The deluxe and VIP packages add steps such as sugar or sea salt scrubs, masks, lotion and hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and hot towel wraps. The salon also offers a Special Gold Pedicure, the most extensive option on the menu, which includes a free beer or wine and snacks.
Children's manicures and pedicures are offered for ages 10 and under, and each includes a complimentary flower design. The salon also hosts parties, including bridal showers, birthday celebrations, bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate events, and casual get-togethers. Every service includes one complimentary beverage, and alcoholic drinks are served only to guests aged 21 and older with valid ID.
The salon states that reusable nail tools are sanitized and disinfected according to state rules, and that tools that cannot be disinfected are thrown away. Polish is available in DND, DC, GELIX, and OPI, and organic spa kits are offered for manicures in several scents.
Reusable tools are cleaned and disinfected under state regulations, and single-use items that cannot be disinfected are discarded.
The pedicure chairs are described as noiseless and pipeless.
