Spawise Medspa was founded by Ana Jefferies on the idea that aesthetic care should feel personal, be honest about what it can do, and keep the client at the center of each decision.

The menu covers injectables and dermal fillers, skin treatments, the DiamondGlow facial, body glow treatments for arms, back, glutes and legs, and regenerative options including PRP, PRF, EZ Gel and exosome therapy. Microneedling can be done on its own or paired with PRF or exosomes. The medspa also offers medically supervised GLP-1 weight loss, IV therapy, vitamin shots, peptides and bio-identical hormone therapy.

The first step is a free consultation, listed at 45 minutes, where treatments are explained and a plan is shaped around the client's goals. Some services require different providers and cannot be booked in the same visit, so separate appointments may be needed. Payment plans are available through Cherry, Affirm and CareCredit, and Affirm options are subject to an eligibility check and may require a down payment. According to the salon, its treatments are meant to look natural rather than heavy-handed. Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding cannot have dermal fillers or neurotoxin injections.
