Existing extensions can be refreshed with a fill, which replaces lashes that have grown out or fallen off. Fills need at least 40% of the current lashes still in place; if fewer remain, the appointment is not done as a fill and the client rebooks a full set.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Online booking collects a $25 amount for each service, with the rest of the balance paid after the appointment. The business describes its lash removal as safe and harmless.
