The hair tinsel menu has five tiers. Mini Sparkle is $15 for 10 strands in one color. Signature Sparkle is $25 for 20 strands in up to two colors, and the business calls it its most popular option. Glam Sparkle is $40 for 40 strands in up to three colors. Rainbow Dream is $55 for 60 or more strands with unlimited colors. Custom Luxe Sparkle starts at $75 for 80 or more strands, with custom placement and specialty colors and designs. Add-ons are $8 for an extra 10 strands and $10 for a straightening or curling service.
Each appointment begins with a quick consultation on arrival to talk through the look and choose colors. Appointments usually take between 30 minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the level of sparkle and the client's hair length and thickness. The booking form offers silver, gold, pink, blue, green, purple and rainbow tinsel.
A single appointment requires a $10 deposit and a tinsel party requires a $50 deposit, both paid at booking and non-refundable. The appointment is confirmed once the deposit arrives. Deposits can be paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, or by Cash App. Clients more than 10 minutes late without notice may lose the appointment and the deposit. Cancellations and reschedules should be requested at least 24 hours ahead. After a first no-show, a $25 deposit applies to future bookings, and a second no-show ends booking.
Hair can be washed, brushed, curled and straightened as usual, though pulling directly on knots should be avoided. Tinsel is heat-safe up to 350°F when used properly, and the business is not responsible for damage from improper heat tool use or temperatures above that. Tinsel should be removed through the business rather than pulled or cut out at home. Clients under 18 need parent or guardian consent. The business may decline or adjust a service if the hair's condition makes installation unsafe, and with client permission it may photograph or film finished hair for promotion.
