The lash menu is organized by look and by how long a set or refill lasts. Several signature sets are wispy designs, and the menu includes refill prices at two-, three- and one-week intervals. Brow services range from a quick design with wax to a full brow makeover, and facial waxing and threading are also offered.

Training is a large part of what the studio does. It offers beginner, intermediate and master or expert levels, covering classic, volume, Russian and mega volume techniques, along with a lash lifting and brow lamination class taught in person. Courses include an international certificate and a professional kit with a digital study manual. Esthetician students receive 20% off training, and coaching is available through an application process.
