Most stylists take bookings online, and appointments can also be made by phone. Color and cut appointments should be planned for three to four hours. Automatic reminders are sent ahead of visits, though clients are asked to keep their own record as well. A client who arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time cannot be seen. Cancellations need one business day's notice, given by calling and leaving a message; without that notice a service charge applies.

The salon also sells hair products. Products can be exchanged for a more suitable one, but products and other merchandise are not refunded. Payment is taken when services are finished, and all major credit cards are accepted. A returned check carries a $30 service charge plus the check's full face value.
