The space is set up in distinct areas: relaxing spa stations, a creative DIY Lab, decorated private party rooms and family gathering spaces. Guests can book Glow LaLa, LaLa Locks and Nail LaLa services designed for kids, tweens and teens, and each of these comes with a complimentary Pink Lemonade, with optional toppings. Express Spa services cover manicures, pedicures, facials, makeup and dry hair styling, and dry hair styling covers curls, styling or braids, with one complimentary tinsel bundle or clip-in extension per guest.

Hands-on learning is a large part of the visit. The Braid Clinic teaches French, Dutch and fishtail braids on a mannequin head or on a friend, and the Parent and Me Clinic lets one parent and one child learn to manage, style and create looks together for one price. The Skincare Clinic shows guests the basics of skincare and how to give themselves a mini facial, and the Nail Art Clinic lets guests design a custom set of press-on nails to take home. Lil LaLa's Creative Time is a 45-minute class for children ages 2 to 5 that mixes crafts, storytelling and music, with a caregiver staying on site.

Party packages range from small groups to large celebrations. The Spa + Lab + Craft Party Package suits 10 to 20 guests doing the same services, DIY creation and craft. LaLa Lab Party, LaLa Shoot Party and LaLa Luxe Package are two-hour parties for up to 10 guests. LaLa Royal and LaLa Signature are for 21 to 30 guests, and LaLa Open Spa lets 30 to 50 guests move between stations at their own pace across the whole spa. The Go LaLa Package brings two beauty technicians to the guest's home for a spa party of up to two hours. Add-ons include party bags, table settings, balloon arches and garlands, a party room server, and spa robes that can be rented or bought.

Photo shoots include a 30-minute Session Shoot where guests can change outfits, and a 30-minute Headshot Shoot with hair and makeup included. The Group Shoot is for two people or more, and each additional person adds a fee. Parties are reserved with a 25% deposit, which is refundable with 30 or more days' notice, and the full balance is due 30 days before the event. Guests may bring outside food, drinks and cake, and adults may bring their own wine or beer to the party room, which must stay there. Guests are asked to mention any skin allergies or product sensitivities in advance.

The salon's stated aim is to help children feel more confident, explore their creative side and create lasting memories. Services are carried out by beauty professionals who hold licences and have prior experience with young clients.
