A visit is built around comfort for young guests. Haircuts take place with bubbles, music and spa robes, and the space has rope swings, globe and bow chairs, toys and a dress-up and play area. Children can stay in the play area as long as they like while a parent or guardian waits. Tween guests are styled in a separate tween lounge, and a selfie stage lets guests show off new cuts.

Private parties are available, including spa parties and first-haircut events. Reservations are required, and hours may vary. Sunday hours run from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Saturday is open only for private evening parties by reservation.

Wigs can be left in a locked drop box beside the side door after hours. The shop also sells a Princess Gift Box, and offers free shipping on orders over $75.
