Services are grouped into color, haircuts and a bang trim package. Haircut choice depends on time since the last cut: an Express Haircut suits returning guests within 8 weeks, a Maintenance Haircut fits 2 to 6 months since the last cut, and a Transformative Haircut is for new clients, a big change, or 6 or more months since the last visit. Just the Bangs is for returning guests who want bangs and the hair in front of the ears refreshed, and Wash Only is a short wash and condition with an optional scalp massage and exfoliating treatment. Color Correction, Perm, Color Block and Buzz Cut Design all require a virtual consultation before booking, and Vivids need prior approval.
Color work ranges from glosses and root touch-ups to full and partial highlights, balayage, all-over bleach, Platinum Card lightening, and creative color such as full and partial color blocks, calico and raccoon stripes. Platinum Card is an all-over lightener on over 3 inches of hair, and Vivid Color Shift changes the color of existing vivid hair using color remover and toner. Several services include a gloss or toner and a blowout.
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the cost of the service. Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a 50% charge plus forfeiture of the deposit, and no-call/no-shows are charged the full service cost and may be banned from booking future appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking on the services page. The salon also offers one-on-one haircutting education for hairdressers, covering technique and tools, with lunch and a doll head provided.
