The facial menu ranges from a classic combination-skin facial with deep cleansing and a massage to peels, microneedling-style options and a seaweed mask facial. Glo2Facial uses the Geneo system, which the salon describes as oxygenation with active ingredients, and a first-time introductory rate is listed. BioRepeel is an advanced corrective peel usually done as a series of four treatments seven to ten days apart, with no downtime; clients stop active skincare ingredients five to seven days before and after. Cellstory is a needle-free liquid microneedling treatment with no downtime, and Epifusion is offered as a microneedling alternative with no downtime that suits sensitive skin.

Waxing is available for women and men, with prices listed by area and by time in 15- and 30-minute blocks. Clients should allow two to three weeks of hair growth beforehand. Waxing is not done for clients taking Accutane, Retin A, Differin, Renova or other skin-thinning acne medications, though a patch test may allow it in some cases.

Makeup covers proms, nights out, special occasions and weddings, including bride trial runs and makeup for wedding day attendants. Wedding bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the trial, with the balance due seven days before the wedding, and accept cash or check only. Appointments must be made in advance by phone or through an online booking link. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and late arrivals may have their session shortened while still being charged for the full session. A travel fee applies beyond 10 miles from the Lowell area and is assessed at consultation. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 11 am to 6 pm and Friday 11 am to 3 pm; the salon is closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.
