The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Moment of Zen Facial to a 75-minute Flow and Glow treatment. Options include the Sudeva Classic European Facial with skin analysis and a deep cleanse, the Sudeva Hydrating Facial with a mango butter mask, and the Blue Lotus Acne Treatment, which adds blue LED light and a jade roller. The Deep Renewal Exfoliating Treatment uses enzymatic products or a dermafile tool. The Yin and Yang Firming Treatment and the Balance and Bliss Facial, which includes a 30-minute reiki session, are also offered. The Harmonic Healing Facial with Brittany is a 75-minute option with a sound bath and no extractions. The Zen for Men facial is designed for men.
Massage services include the Swedish-based Back to Balance Massage, deep tissue, Sudeva Hot Stone Massage, Sacred Belly Prenatal Massage, Zen Fusion Massage, and the Mind, Body, Spirit Massage, which blends Swedish work with reiki and can be upgraded to deep tissue for $10. Sole Rejuvenation Foot Massage and Head, Hand and Sole Renewal Massage are shorter options. Enhancements such as hot stones, aromatherapy, CBD muscle balm and mini scalp massage can be added for a small charge. Cupping, lymphatic drainage and buccal therapy are only available with select therapists. Specialty sessions such as Sattva Flow Therapy, Lomi-Lomi Massage, Prana Stretch Massage, Radiant Mama Prenatal Ritual, Buccal Unbinding Ritual and Fascial Flow Gliding Cupping and Heat Therapy are each offered by a particular therapist. Massage packages are available as a lower-cost way to receive regular sessions.
On arrival, guests are given robes and slippers, and a locker is provided for personal items. A tea lounge serves specialty teas, light snacks and beverages. The Clearlight Premier far infrared sauna with light therapy is complimentary for 15 minutes with a spa service. Guests are asked to turn off cell phones and keep their voices low in treatment and relaxation areas, and to leave jewelry and valuables at home, since the spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The boutique sells Arcona natural skin and body care.
Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals receive a modified service time, and services end on time. A credit card or gift certificate number is taken to reserve any appointment. Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice, or 48 hours for multiple services or Saturday appointments, and must be made by phone during business hours. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, or 100% for multiple services or Saturday appointments, and no-shows without a phone call are charged the full price. Unused gift certificates are not refundable. Boutique products can be returned for 50% of the purchase price within one week. Clients are asked to stop using retinol or any topical medication up to 7 days before a skincare appointment. Hours are Monday 10am to 4pm, Tuesday through Friday 10am to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 6pm; the spa is closed Sundays. The phone number is 813-837-4300.
