Massage is the core of the menu. Sessions are shaped around each client's needs, from deep tissue work for chronic pain to Swedish or hot stone sessions aimed at relaxation. Therapists adjust pressure from gentle to firm and spend extra time on areas that need it, and sports massage is also available. Hot stone therapy uses smooth basalt stones heated in water to ease muscle stiffness and tension. The business says its massage therapists are licensed.
Nail services range from a basic manicure or pedicure to builder gel sets. The Essential, Emerge and Exhilarate levels build on one another: Emerge adds an exfoliating scrub, a warm towel wrap and a longer massage, and Exhilarate adds hydrating paraffin and a further massage. Gel polish is done with CND products, and Dazzle Dry polish is used, which the business describes as nontoxic and hypoallergenic and says dries within five minutes. Add-ons include French polish, cat eye, chrome powder, deep French and simple or more detailed nail designs.
Skin care treatments are built around specific concerns, and each one begins with a consultation. Options include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, several facial lengths and a back facial. Staff can suggest a home care plan to help carry a treatment's benefits further. Spa day packages pair a massage with a facial, manicure, pedicure or foot treatment at a set price, ranging from a roughly 1.5-hour Escape Spa Day to a full Exhilarate Spa Day that includes massage, facial, manicure and pedicure.
Appointments can be booked and prepaid online, and a reservation is saved only once payment is complete. Requests sent online get a reply within an hour during business hours, or the next day if sent after hours. Same-day and weekend bookings require calling the spa at 520-447-7727. First-time clients, or anyone wanting a different therapist, can call and staff will suggest a therapist based on needs and preferences. The loyalty program costs 49 dollars a year and gives unlimited services at member pricing, with members saving at least 10 dollars on each massage and facial, 10 percent on waxing and products, and a guest booking once per visit at member rates. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Gift cards are issued in dollar amounts and can be used for any product or service, but are not refundable in cash.
Treatments are tailored to what each client wants, with massage pressure adjusted from light to deep and skin care sessions starting from a consultation.
