The spa describes its aim as balancing effective skincare with relaxation and stress reduction. Services are by appointment only, and booking requires a credit card number on file. Appointments can be made through the Vagaro app, and memberships are arranged by phone.
The menu is built around a range of named facials, including a non-chemical microdermabrasion facial, a Gua Sha facial, a dermal blading facial that removes vellus hair and thin layers of skin, and a sculpting facial that adds intraoral buccal massage. Back treatments are offered for the upper and lower back, and a set of add-ons can be combined with a facial. Nicole, the spa director, has expanded the facial menu over time.
Products include 302 Skincare, which the spa describes as professional skincare that supports the skin barrier. The spa sells skincare products through an online store and offers gift cards that can be used for in-spa services and products. Hours are Monday from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
