The facial menu is built around Biologique Recherche. The Quadruple Lift Facial combines four lifting treatments, including work on the neck and decollete, extended microcurrents and manual lifting. The Triple Lift is a shorter version that aims to tone, tighten and hydrate. The Mini Lift is a non-surgical French face lift facial with an exfoliating cleanse, a vitamin mask and microcurrent technology. The Bespoke Facial starts with a skin analysis and is tailored across the face, neck and decollete. Brightening Radiance, LED Radiance and Radiance Infusion facials are listed for fine lines, sun damage, acne and dehydration, and a HydraFacial is also offered.

Body and massage menus include the Slimming Algae treatments, which use Brittany algae and lymphatic or lifting massage, a Custom Indulgence massage blending deep tissue, sports and Swedish techniques, deep tissue work for muscle tension, a gentle lymphatic drainage massage, and a prenatal massage using cocoa butter that can be booked at any stage of pregnancy. Waxing covers Brazilian and targeted waxing with a natural wax blend, adjusted for sensitive skin.

LED light therapy is available on its own or as part of some facials. The Lightwave LED Bed is a 20-minute full-body session using red and infrared light. The first visit is $35, later single visits are $50, and a 10-session package is $425. The spa suggests starting with frequent sessions over a few months, then moving to a maintenance schedule, and advises arriving with a clean face and body. The spa says photobiomodulation, another name for LED light therapy, was discovered by NASA and cites studies linking it to collagen production and reduced inflammation.

Hot towels, body cream and skincare products are provided in the treatment room. Clients can book by phone for a customized skin consultation, or use a virtual skincare consultation through the shop. Large parties need a 50% deposit to hold the appointment.

Estheticians go through a demanding hiring process and continue advanced training on new skincare methods and products.
