The owner's stated aim when opening was to offer personalized services at prices that are affordable. The spa says it will build custom treatments and will honor special requests where it can.
Facials make up a large part of the menu, from a 60- or 90-minute Calming Facial designed for acne and rosacea-prone skin to a Detox Facial aimed at breakout-prone skin. There is also a Gentlemen's Facial built around sensitivity and razor burn, a Back Facial for breakouts on the back, a Mommy-to-Be Facial suited to pregnancy, and an Epicuren Signature Facial that includes a hot peel. Advanced upgrades are aimed at aging marks, acne and poor hydration, and facial enhancements include LED therapy and hydration boosters.
The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, pregnancy, organic aromatherapy and warm stone massage. A couples massage is held in a spacious, peaceful suite for two. Facials can be combined with massage, body scrubs or a spa package.
Spa Pura also offers tinting for eyelashes and eyebrows, a full range of waxing from lip and brow to full legs and full back, and body wraps and scrubs. Memberships and gift certificates are available. Appointment requests are confirmed by phone by staff, and availability depends on the request.
