Clients can visit the suite at Suite 2, 280 Woodbridge Avenue, or book a therapist to come to a home, office or other private location. Couples can book two massages at the same time, either side by side or back to back. Special occasion bookings include bachelor and bachelorette parties, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, graduations and ladies' nights.

Prices are set for local clients, and clients from outside the local area pay an additional fee, which may include a travel fee for non-local mobile visits. Mobile sessions are priced above the in-suite rate for the same treatment. Gift cards range from $50 to $500, and payment plans are available through Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna and Zip. Submitting the booking form does not confirm an appointment, as a confirmation is sent separately. Refunds are not offered. The business has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate sexual comments, behavior, gestures or requests, and violations lead to removal from the premises and a report to authorities.
