Every facial includes thorough extractions and a massage of the head, neck, scalp, shoulders, arms and hands, and facials are offered to clients of all genders. Several facials combine infusions, microcurrent or micro-channeling technology, and the Renewal Anti-Aging Facial and Tri-Infusion Facial are the most involved options. A teen facial is designed for teen and pre-teen skin and is recommended from age 10.

Massage options include the house Na'Mara Massage, therapeutic massage aimed at specific areas of discomfort, hot stone, cupping, reflexology and Reiki, which the spa says is performed by certified practitioners. Prenatal services include a Coastal Mama Ritual, prenatal massage, prenatal reflexology and an express prenatal massage. Body polishes and wraps use sugar-based scrubs and warm lotions, and seasonal menus rotate in additional facials, wraps and a massage.

Waxing is priced by area, with smaller areas such as the nose, sideburns and upper lip starting at $15. Brazilian waxing and Brazilian sugaring are each for the V area only. The spa says sugaring causes less irritation than traditional waxing and minimizes ingrown hairs. Permanent makeup includes Nano Brows, a semi-permanent brow technique, and Perfect Pout lip blushing, a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo; pricing for both is not listed on the site, and a before and after gallery is available.

The Wellness Membership is $125 per month and includes one monthly credit toward a 60-minute Na'Mara Massage or Na'Mara Facial. Unused credits roll over to later months, and members get 10% off additional services and retail products and may share the membership with one guest. Group experiences require a minimum of six guests and a non-refundable deposit, and groups of six or more receive 10% preferred pricing on services booked during the same visit.

Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability, though booking ahead is recommended, and the spa suggests arriving 10 to 15 minutes early for check-in and a brief consultation. A 20% gratuity based on the full price is added automatically to services, and additional tipping is optional. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late arrivals may have their service shortened without a reduction in the fee. Clients should disclose allergies or skin sensitivities beforehand, and some services may not be recommended during pregnancy or with certain medical conditions.
