The menu is grouped into scalp detox, massage therapy, skin care, spa packages and add-ons. The head spa uses warm water, scalp-formulated cleansers, a deep scrub and a slow scalp, neck and shoulder massage, and sessions end with the hair rinsed and an optional blow dry. Head Spa PLUS is the longer version, with aromatherapy during the scalp massage, Living Proof hair care products, a hair mask, and a neck lymphatic massage. The spa does not offer scalp analysis, scans, diagnostic readings, haircuts, color or styling.

Massage options range from a 30-minute recharge session to a 60-minute Swedish or deep tissue massage, and a 60-minute lymphatic drainage session for post-surgery recovery. Deep tissue pressure can be adjusted during the session. Couples massage places two guests side by side in a private suite with their own therapists. Hot stone massage uses heated basalt stones along the back and shoulders, and a CBD-enhanced option layers a topical CBD treatment into the session.

Facials are offered in three versions: a deep cleanse for breakouts and oily skin, a moisturizing treatment for dry, sensitive or dehydrated skin, and a collagen-focused facial aimed at fine lines. Each facial starts with a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, a treatment mask and a face, neck and shoulder massage, and premium products are used with clean tools for each session.

Spa packages bring massage, facial and head spa treatments together in one visit, and they can be swapped, customized or extended on request. Guests can also book facial and massage or facial and head spa as paired services. Treatment rooms are private, and each session begins with a short talk with the therapist about pressure, problem areas and goals. Guests can ask to see the same therapist on later visits.

The spa aims to create a calm, welcoming setting where guests can relax and look after their well-being, and it says it uses carefully selected natural products.
