The spa describes itself as one of the best day spas in Columbia.

The spa has ten treatment rooms, including a Medical Room and a room set up for couples massage. Guests can wait in a relaxation area with fruit-infused water and a selection of teas, and a warm neck wrap and a post-treatment beverage are part of the visit. Before a service, each guest completes a pre-service consultation about medical conditions that could affect treatment, and guests are asked to arrive early and fill out an online intake form sent beforehand. Massage and body work are done unclothed and professionally draped, with the therapist leaving the room while the guest undresses. A shower is available after service, cleaned and sanitized between uses, with fresh towels provided. There are no saunas or pools on site.

Facial work follows a clinical approach and uses medical-grade products and equipment. Each session opens with a licensed esthetician assessing the skin. Facials can be tailored and come in three tiers. Other skin options include microdermabrasion, peels, cryotherapy, ProCell microchanneling, and Face Reality, an acne program. Massage is performed by licensed therapists, one of whom holds certification in lymphatic massage. The salon describes its body treatments as non-invasive with no downtime. Medical spa care, including Botox, Dysport, weight-loss injections and vitamin injections, is delivered under provider supervision, and each one starts with a consultation.

Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with Tuesday evenings extended to 8:00 pm. The spa is closed Sunday and Monday. Evenings and Saturdays are the busiest times, while Tuesdays and Wednesdays are usually easier to book on short notice. A 24-hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced, and the card on file is charged the full service amount for late cancellations and no-shows. Late arrivals receive only the remaining scheduled time so other appointments stay on time. Gift cards can be presented at checkout; payment is by cash or credit card. Care Credit financing is available on most packages, and gratuity is typically 15% to 25% and goes directly to the therapist.

The spa's stated aim is to leave each guest feeling restored, with facial treatments delivered in a clinical manner using medical-grade products and equipment.

The spa describes itself as an adult wellness environment, and no one under 16 is permitted inside at any time.
