Guests can spend a day in the bathhouse, which includes a range of saunas, heated and chilled pools, a cold plunge, and relaxation lounges. Bathing areas are separated by gender, and a co-ed sauna area holds several of the dry and salt saturated rooms. A Heated Bed Lounge sits near the co-ed dry sauna area. The spa describes its saunas as state of the art. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided to guests.
Day admission is walk-in and first-come, first-served, with no reservation needed, though weekends and holidays can mean an hour or longer wait. Treatments are booked by phone and are not included with the day pass, so a treatment requires a separate admission ticket. Guests should arrive 15 minutes before a treatment and 45 minutes before a Korean Body Scrub. A 20% service charge is added to the bill automatically and can be adjusted at checkout.
The treatment menu covers facials, massage, a seated chair or foot treatment, and the Korean Body Scrub. The scrub takes place in the separated bathhouse behind dividers rather than in a treatment room, and it requires full nudity during the service. Hana Restaurant, which serves Korean cuisine, is open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM.
The design is inspired by Korean bathhouses, with the bathhouse and sauna areas at the center of the visit.
