The skincare menu runs from a 30-minute express facial to a 60-minute dermaplaning session, along with microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion and ProCell microchanneling, which uses a stem cell serum. Facials and treatments use Eminence Organic Skincare products. The spa says it is one of a small number of boutique spas offering customized treatments with certified organic Eminence products.

The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, sport, hot stone, lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage in 50- and 80-minute sessions, plus craniosacral therapy in a 50-minute session performed while clothed. Face and neck work includes buccal face and neck massage and myofascial massage for the face and muscles, and foot reflexology is offered in 30 minutes. Couples can book two-person Swedish, deep tissue or custom combination massages, which are arranged by call for availability.

Body treatments include a full body scrub, a full body wrap with a 50-minute massage, and the 90-minute Triple 30 Ritual, which combines a body scrub, massage and wrap with face and scalp massage. Five-session packages cover the Glowing facial package and Relax and Restore massage packages in 50- and 80-minute lengths, each priced at a 20 percent saving. Packages can be booked on any schedule and shared with family and friends.

Guests staying at the hotel ride the guest lift up to the fifth floor, then cross the gym to get to the spa. Visitors who aren't hotel guests can use complimentary valet parking and approach from the left side of 15th Street as they face California Street. On arrival, they should send a text or make a call so a team member can meet them in the lobby and escort them up. Bringing the blue ticket from check-in is requested. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes early is advised. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise the deposit is forfeited, and a no-show is charged 50 percent of the service price. Guests under 15 need a parent or legal guardian in the room during treatment, and guests under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian. Gift cards are accepted. Pay-over-time financing is offered on orders of $50 or more.

The spa builds its treatments around Eminence Organic Skincare products and says it customizes them for each guest.
