Facials are performed by qualified estheticians, who look at the skin before treatment and recommend a facial to suit it. Options range from a short Mini Jolie Facial and a moisturizing plant-extract facial suited to all skin types, to a men's facial built around green algae, a marine and plant-extract treatment with a cool mint mask, a hydration treatment that uses freeze-dried collagen patches, and a 75-minute firming treatment using hyaluronic acid patches and an anti-aging mask. A Thalgo collagen facial and a glycolic peel are also offered.

Manicures and pedicures include nail clipping, filing, shaping and cuticle care, finished with polish or a buffed shine. Pedicures also smooth calluses and rough spots, shape the toenails and cuticles, and include a massage with aromatherapy oils.
