The spa's stated mission is to address all skin types and conditions with compassion and care. Facials are tailored to each client's skin needs, with concerns such as acne, aging, pigmentation and rosacea addressed through a range of options, from gentle consultation-style sessions to advanced treatments.

Facials run from a 45-minute Power Nap Facial at $175 and a 60-minute Classic Facial at $225 to a 90-minute Late Checkout Facial at $300, which gives the therapist extra time. Advanced Facials are 45-minute sessions, including a chemical peel aimed at sun damage, certain acne scarring, fine lines and uneven texture, microneedling, and a non-acidic liquid microneedling treatment that uses marine-derived spicules. Other facial options include dermaplaning, hydra-dermabrasion, nano-needling, facial massage, gua sha, extractions and LED light therapy.

Massage is offered in 45-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute sessions, with a 120-minute Extended Stay option that pairs an integrative massage with a classic facial back to back for $400. Massage can be customized with Himalayan salt stones, CBD therapy, prenatal massage, scalp treatments or aromatherapy, and these customizations are included in the price. Lash and brow services include brow shaping, brow shaping with tint, and a lash lift with tint that lasts up to 8 weeks, each beginning with a consultation.

First visits, and returns after a gap of six months or more, open with either the Power Nap Consultation Facial, which runs 45 minutes, or the Classic Facial, a 60-minute session. Advanced Facials are not available for online booking; they are reserved in person or by email, and packages are also bought by email. Before an Advanced Facial, guests should stay out of the sun, skip tanning and self-tanner, apply SPF 30 or higher each day, stop certain exfoliators and retinoids for several days ahead, and avoid waxing or laser on facial hair for one to two weeks prior. Some treatments must be timed around other procedures. Before easing off blood thinners, the spa advises checking with a doctor. Flaking or peeling for three to seven days after an Advanced Facial is considered normal.

Spa Hygge is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Payment and gratuity are settled at booking, and the price shown is the price paid with no add-on fees. The spa describes its facial and massage services as the best in Philadelphia.
