The massage menu spans Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, lomi lomi, warm Himalayan salt stone, heated bamboo, cupping, sports and pregnancy massage, along with a lymphatic detox option using guasha and a CBD massage that uses single-use cream from OneFarm. Pregnancy massage is not offered in the first trimester, and CBD massage is not offered during pregnancy. The facial menu includes Eminence organic treatments such as the Dulce Signature Facial, several Hydrafacial levels, Glycolic, Salicylic, Lactic, Jessner and PCA peels, microneedling, and a set of facial enhancements such as red light therapy and micro dermabrasion. Head spa rituals use Aveda products in three tiers, from the Essential Ritual to the Luxe Ritual, which adds an express facial, LED light and dry brushing.

Appointments can be booked by phone or through the online booking link. Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and late arrivals have their treatment shortened because it still ends on time. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Guests are asked to disclose medical conditions, allergies or physical concerns before treatment and to keep phones on silent. Group spa parties can be hosted for birthdays, work retreats, bridal showers, bachelorette parties and wellness retreats, with a private lounge for guests before, during and after services. Group guests may bring their own food and drinks and decorate the space, and must remove decorations afterward. Group parties must be cancelled at least 7 days ahead to avoid a fee. A 30-minute sauna session with herbal towel and cool lemon water, lounge access, snacks and wine is available as an add-on for $40.
