Acupuncture visits start with a 40-minute initial session, which may include needles, cupping, tuina or electric stimulation, and a 40-minute follow-up session is also available. Facial rejuvenation pairs an anti-aging facial with acupuncture in a one-hour visit. The salon says its acupuncture work addresses pain and stress management and facial rejuvenation, using acupuncture, cupping and gua sha, and cupping is offered as a detoxifying and pain-relieving treatment.

The Korean-style body scrubs are described by the salon as famous. Each includes a hair wash and takes place in a private room. Lengths run from a 40-minute scrub to a 90-minute version with a wet oil massage, face mask and milk rinse, which has limited weekend availability.

The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, warm stone, prenatal and Bliss massages in 50, 60 and 80-minute lengths. Prenatal massage is offered after the first trimester, and Bliss combines deep tissue, reflexology and scalp massage. A reflexology or scalp massage add-on is available as a 20-minute extra. The facial menu includes Dew Classic, Hydrating, Vitamin (vitamin C with electroporation), Deep Cleansing, Anti Aging (radio frequency or E-Cool therapy), Microdermabrasion, Microneedling (described as collagen induction therapy) and a 35-minute back facial with steam, extraction, massage and mask.

Appointments are booked by request: clients suggest a day and time, and the salon calls to confirm, so nothing is final until the salon has spoken with the client. A credit card or gift certificate is needed at booking. Clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early because treatments end on time. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise half the booked service is charged, and a no-show is charged the full treatment. Guests receive a complimentary spa robe and slippers.
