Massage sessions are customized to each client and can be booked for relaxation, recovery, or support with chronic pain or injury. The approach blends Eastern and Western modalities. Skincare sessions use both traditional and advanced methods and are tailored to each client's needs, with a holistic view of corrective skincare and pro-aging. Treatments are also designed for expectant mothers in the second and third trimesters.

Clients who are new to the spa must book online and pay a non-refundable deposit before the request is accepted, and a valid credit card is required to book. The deposit is deducted from the service total. Appointments are confirmed and reminded by text and email, and client forms are completed electronically before the visit. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since treatments end at the scheduled time and late arrivals are charged for the full service. Cancellations outside the 48-hour window carry a 90% fee, and reschedules should be requested within 48 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

For those who cannot visit in person, a 30-minute virtual skincare consultation is offered for $100, with a $30 deposit. It is done from home and includes a skin and lifestyle analysis along with treatment and product recommendations. The spa is open Monday 10 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday and Friday 11 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM, and can be reached at (313) 443-3114 or contact@spacrystaldetroit.com.
