The bathhouse has four therapeutic plunges, three hydrotherapy pools, a cold bath, heated baths, showers, body scrub services, and wet and dry saunas. Hydrotherapy pools use patented aqua-jet nozzles, and the outdoor Mystic Pool adds a waterfall with pressure on the head, shoulders and back. The sauna rooms range from a Himalayan salt room and a far infrared sauna to a Roman Bath steam room, a charcoal sauna, a color therapy room, and the Ice Land, a cold sauna set between hot rooms. The Hinoki Bath combines pine aged more than 300 years with minerals, and the newest outdoor feature is the River Rock Foot Bath, with a stone path for acupressure-style foot massage. The business says its water softening system removes harsh minerals from the water.

Daily admission is bought separately from treatments. It has no reservations and includes all-day access to the pools, saunas and relaxation spaces, but guests cannot re-enter once they leave. Weekday admission (Monday to Thursday) is $75 for adults and $40 for minors 17 and under. Friday to Sunday and holidays are $90 for adults and $50 for minors. Children one year and under are admitted free. The business recommends buying admission in person, since online tickets have a 24-hour activation period, and admission prices can change without notice.

Treatments are booked and paid for on their own. A mandatory 20% service charge is added, with taxes applied after it. Facials are customized after an esthetician analyzes the skin. Massage options run from a 50-minute Swedish massage to an 80-minute Restore & Rebalance that combines deep tissue work with guided stretching. Korean body scrubs take place in the locker room area. Guests are asked to arrive at least an hour early, cancellations within 24 hours carry a 20% fee, and no-shows are charged the full cost of the service. Massages are for guests 14 and older, and teens can book facials from age 13. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to sign a release before services begin.

Dining is spread across several floors. Pool Shack serves American classics, Castle Cafe on the second floor serves coffee and frappes, and Juice Farm on the second floor serves juices, smoothies, CBD beverages, waffles and crepes. Maru Sushi has a sushi bar on the second floor, and Asya on the third floor serves Asian cuisine, including Korean dishes such as bibimbap and bulgogi skillet. Aqua Bar on the first floor serves cocktails, mocktails and wine, and is for guests 21 and older with a three-drink limit. Outside food and drink are not allowed. Individual memberships cost $1,699 for six months or $2,699 for twelve, and couples memberships cost $2,899 or $4,599. Memberships are non-transferable and do not cover food, retail or spa services.
