Services fall into cosmetic, skin, body and health treatment groups. Spa and skin work includes massages, clinical facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, waxing and brow shaping, along with injectables such as Botox and vitamin injections. The health side offers IV infusion therapy with named blends, bioidentical hormone pellet therapy, medically supervised weight loss, and PRP injections for hair restoration or joint pain relief. Many services can be booked as monthly memberships, with fees drawn automatically on the same day each month. Memberships require a 12-month commitment and have no initiation fee. Options bundle items such as monthly massage sessions, skin treatments, laser hair removal, Emsculpt sessions, hormone replacement and weight loss maintenance. Cancelling takes 30 days of written notice, and benefits are not transferable.
Visits begin with paperwork, so clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Appointments require a credit card to book, and a 24-hour cancellation window applies, with missed appointments charged half the service value. Retail skincare and beauty products are sold, gift cards are available, and the booking site lists monthly payment plans with no late fees. Clients can also pay over time through Cherry, a third-party buy now, pay later option that states no hard credit check.
