The Med-Elements skincare line was created by the spa's plastic surgeons and estheticians, and the spa also carries medical-grade skincare and sunscreens from professional brands, including SkinBetter Science, which is sold only through the aesthetic medical community. The spa says its care balances technical expertise with warmth.

Much of the menu is laser-based. Morpheus8 is a radiofrequency fractional treatment for the face and neck that stimulates new collagen, and three sessions are usually recommended. HALO, MOXI, BBL photorejuvenation and ProFractional are other laser options. The MicroLaser Peel, Refresh Peel and Revive Peel use laser and fractional settings, with the Revive Peel described as deeper and carrying moderate downtime. Forever Clear uses blue light for active acne, with multiple treatments recommended.

For neurotoxins and fillers, clients are asked to call and discuss which option fits their needs, and Botox appointments require a minimum of 50 units. Appointments are booked by calling or texting 317-558-1541. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
