The studio was founded by Jeremiah Navarro, who has more than 12 years of styling experience and has trained at Vidal Sassoon, Redken, The Kingly Hair Academy and DJ Muldoon, among other institutions. Education is a central part of the business: the studio offers hands-on classes, private one-on-one sessions, and training on the latest product lines, and it welcomes stylists at every stage, from new graduates to experienced professionals.

Color is the main focus. Options include balayage, full-head and retouch highlights, double process (bleach, correction and highlights), solid color with or without lightening, root retouches, and fantasy colors. Appointment lengths run from one hour for haircuts and blowouts to four hours for double process and fantasy colors. Haircuts are included in the time of a color service and should be requested when booking that service rather than booked separately.

Clients are offered complimentary beverages and WiFi during their visit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and a no-show is charged an extra $25 at the next rescheduled appointment.
