Parking is available on the street nearby for up to 2 hours at no charge. A garage across the street offers free parking on level 1 at any hour for up to 4 hours, and levels 4 and 5 are free after 12 pm with no time limit. The salon is open Monday to Wednesday from 10 am to 7 pm, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, and is closed on Sundays.

The salon's stated mission is to create a safe, healing space and to give back to the local community where it can. Clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early to pick a polish color and to let the salon know if they will be late, since late arrivals may not receive the full service. Appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Most major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and UnionPay, along with contactless options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are not taken over the phone because of rising scams and fraud.

According to the salon, its predecessor, Sunny's Nails, opened in Arlington Heights in 1992, and Sunny's Nails School was founded in 2000 and has taught more than 1,500 students, almost 1,000 of whom became licensed. Both Sunny's Nails and the school closed in 2022.

The salon is a certified Dazzle Dry location, and technicians who offer Dazzle Dry have completed certification. Nail art requires extra booked time and a picture reference, and complex designs can be emailed ahead for a quote. Gift certificates are sold in person and e-gift cards are sold on the website.
