The space is a bright, modern room where clients can relax. Visits are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, with slightly different hours on Saturday than on weekdays.

The menu is broad. Hair work runs from men's and women's cuts and styling through single-process color, highlights, balayage, henna, and hair spa and smoothing treatments. Skin services include a hydro facial, a customized facial, a cleansing facial, and face bleach. Threading and waxing cover most of the face and body, and bridal and makeup work can be done at the client's own location for the bride and her party.

The salon says its styling aims to be both flattering and realistic to keep up between visits. Booking is made through the online booking page by submitting a request. New clients are asked to secure their appointment with a deposit, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge.
