Every client starts with a custom skin care plan built around their needs and concerns rather than a single standard treatment. The free online consultation covers skin care history, lifestyle factors, a skin analysis, goals, product and treatment recommendations, education, a follow-up plan and a question-and-answer session.

Hydrafacial comes in three tiers. Signature ($199, 30 minutes) includes a consultation, double cleanse, exfoliation, a chemical peel booster, extractions, an antioxidant and hydration step, and a medical-grade finish. Deluxe ($279, 45 minutes) adds a targeted booster and LED light therapy. Platinum ($349, 60 minutes) adds facial lymphatic drainage and dermaplaning. The business describes the treatment as using patented Vortex-Fusion technology, and bulk pricing is available for three or six sessions. Classic custom facials cleanse, moisturize and exfoliate the skin according to what each client needs. Facial massages include lymphatic and buccal massage, offered as 30-minute focused sessions or 60-minute full sessions.

Microneedling uses small sterile needles to make controlled micro-injuries on the skin's surface. The business says this can stimulate collagen production and improve the appearance of fine lines and skin texture. Classic sessions with SkinPen are 45 minutes and $299, and Advanced sessions with exosomes and LED are 60 minutes and $449. The site notes that mild redness and swelling are common and usually settle within a few days, and that a series of three to six sessions is often recommended. Microneedling can also be combined with other procedures. Chemical peels take about 30 to 45 minutes and cost $82.50 per session, and some peels may cause mild redness and peeling. The Perfect Derma Peel is a medical-grade peel, and BioRePeel is a natural-based exfoliating treatment. Dermaplaning exfoliates the skin and removes fine hairs.

The Aerolase Neo laser, which uses 650-microsecond technology, is used for hair removal, acne, rosacea, skin rejuvenation, melasma and other concerns. Sessions typically last 15 to 30 minutes with little to no downtime. Treatments are priced by area or by a set number of sessions, and combined packages pair the laser with BioRePeel, Hydrafacial or dermaplaning, or microneedling. Packages are sold in the office and by phone and expire 12 months after purchase. Gift cards are available. Membership enrollment is currently closed to new members. A 10% discount on products and services is offered to veterans and active-duty military.
