The facial menu includes a custom facial, a dermaplaning custom facial focused on the skin barrier, and a dermaplaning add-on for 15 minutes. A hydro-facial combines deep cleansing and hydration with exfoliation and serum infusion. An oxygen facial uses pressurized oxygen to deliver serums, vitamins and antioxidants, and the spa describes it as a non-medical treatment. Chemical peels are priced between $85 and $100, and nano-needling with plated exosomes is offered as a non-invasive treatment for $120.
Massages are built around hot stones and tailored to each client. A 30-minute session focuses on a single area such as the back, neck and shoulders. Sixty-, ninety- and two-hour hot stone massages can be customized, and the 90-minute version can be paired with a hand and foot scrub or a cellulite treatment. Specialized options include a 45-minute Head & Shoulders massage described for sinus congestion and headaches with a lymphatic facial massage, a 90-minute Mommy Massage with a cellulite treatment for thighs and legs and a hot-towel hand and foot scrub, and a two-hour My Happy Place session that adds scrubs, a cellulite treatment and a facial massage.
Waxing covers the face (lip, chin or sideburns, $10 each or $22 for all three), underarms, arms, and half or full legs, with the full leg wax running about 45 minutes. Brow waxing, brow tinting, a combined brow wax and tint, and lash tinting are quick appointments, ranging from 10 to 25 minutes.
Before a first session, new clients complete an intake form. Massage clients also sign a general liability release, a form on intended health benefits, and a minor liability release where it applies. A scheduling app sends a reminder 24 hours ahead, and clients who cannot attend are asked to cancel by text. Under the cancellation policy, a new client who no-shows for the first appointment cannot reschedule. Established clients who cancel on the day or no-show must pay the appointment fee before booking again, and pre-paid clients have that session deducted from their package.
