Color is the core of the menu, from single-process color and bleach and tone to base and allover color, balayage, and root retouches. Cuts cover women's, men's and kids' haircuts, and the women's and men's cuts include a shampoo and style. Styling options include shampoo and style services, a deluxe shampoo with a scalp and neck massage and hair mask, updos, and special occasion styling. Hair extension consultations are free and last 15 minutes, and the salon offers Bellami extensions.

Two packages are offered: the Blonde Maintenance Package and the Keep Your Color Fresh Package, which both bundle several visits with added treatments. Some new client services require a deposit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 20 percent of the full appointment, and a no-show is charged 50 percent. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 2 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed Monday, Friday and Sunday.
