New patients can complete their forms digitally before arriving. For patients with dental anxiety, the practice offers sedation options, a comfort menu with weighted blankets and Wi-Fi, and a therapy dog, according to the practice.

The practice covers cosmetic dentistry such as whitening, clear aligners, bonding and veneers, along with general care, restorative work like crowns, bridges, implants and dentures, and same-day emergency visits for problems such as knocked-out teeth and fractures. It also offers medical spa treatments including Botox, dermal fillers and PDO lifting threads, and sedation dentistry with nitrous oxide, oral sedation, IV sedation, conscious sedation and general anesthesia. Digital imaging includes cone beam 3D imaging and TRIOS intraoral scanning.

Most PPO plans are accepted, and the office handles claims and paperwork. Insurers named on the site include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Humana, MetLife and UnitedHealthcare, among others. Patients can pay by cash, check or credit and debit card, or through third-party lenders such as CareCredit. For patients without insurance, the in-house membership costs $349 a year for a single member or $299 a year for a spouse, partner or dependents. It covers two routine exams, one set of routine x-rays, two regular cleanings and one emergency exam with x-ray, plus two fluoride applications for children under 16, with a 10% discount on eligible treatments and no waiting periods, annual limits or pre-authorizations. The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Friday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for administrative hours only. It is closed on weekends.
