Hair appointments that involve planning get extra attention. A 15-minute free consultation is recommended before formal up-dos and before fashion or vivid color. Keratin smoothing is a semi-permanent treatment of about two hours. Hair cannot be washed or wet for 48 hours afterward, and color should be booked at least two days after smoothing because the two cannot be combined in one visit. The salon also takes donations for wigs for kids, which requires at least 13 healthy virgin inches, washed and dried on arrival.

Consultations come before formal up-dos and vivid color, and double process is added only after discussion with the stylist.
