The salon offers haircuts for women, men and children, color including toner, gloss and glaze, root touchups and fashion color, highlights and blonding, keratin treatments, styling and extensions. It also offers professional makeup, regular and express spray tans, and brow, lip, chin and face waxing, along with brow and lash tinting and lash lifts. Complimentary consultations can be booked at any time. Prices vary by stylist level and experience. Custom and fashion color and extension work are priced per consultation, keratin pricing depends on hair density and length, and waxing is priced on request by phone.

Hours run Monday from 12pm to 9pm, Tuesday from 10am to 9pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 11am to 9pm, Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. The salon is closed on Sundays. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Later changes are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and no-shows or appointments with no communication are charged 100%. A valid credit card must be kept on file for all services, group bookings of two or more, and enforcement of the cancellation policy. Cards are charged only if the policy is violated, and card information is stored securely.
