About

The salon focuses on traditional African braiding for women, men, and children, and it treats braiding as both a hairstyle and an art form with cultural roots.

The menu is grouped into three categories. Braids include box, knotless, micro, and goddess styles. Cornrows and Twists include simple cornrows using natural hair, feed-in cornrows that grow in size as they go, Senegalese twists in synthetic hair, and boho-style passion twists with a curly finish. Locs and Other Styles include faux locs, crochet braids installed with a crochet needle and pre-looped hair, full or partial sew-in weaves, and touch-ups to the hairline or particular sections. Men can book cornrows, twists, and dreadlock maintenance.

Prices are listed as starting points and can change with hair length, thickness, and the style you choose. A deposit secures your booking and is applied to the final cost. Clients are asked to arrive on time to receive the full service, and to come in with hair washed, detangled, and blow-dried unless they have booked a wash.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sundays by appointment. The salon describes its braiders as highly skilled across a range of techniques.

Stylists use gentle techniques and quality products with the aim of limiting breakage and keeping hair healthy.

The space is described as comfortable, professional, and welcoming to all clients.
