Bookings are made online, and appointments are required. The studio is open Monday through Saturday, with hours that differ by day: from 2 to 7 pm on Monday, 10 am to 3 pm on Tuesday, 10 am to 6 pm on Wednesday, 10 am to 4 pm on Thursday, 10 am to 5 pm on Friday and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday. Brow lamination is offered alone, with regular or hybrid tint, with brow waxing and styling, or in a deluxe version that adds a hydrating hair mask and a brow jelly mask. Brow lamination combos can also include a lash lift and lash tint. Lamination maintenance is booked about three to four weeks after a lamination done at the studio and includes waxing, shaping, an optional tint and a nourishing mask. The Vitamin Brows treatment microneedles a vegan serum into the brows and is sold per session or as a four-session package spaced two to four weeks apart. Hybrid tint stains both the skin and the brow hairs, lasting about 7 to 10 days on the skin and about a month on the hairs. Lash lift results last about six to eight weeks, depending on natural growth and aftercare.

The studio also runs a Brow Lamination Masterclass in two formats: a group course for two to five students at $850 total, or one-on-one training at $1,200 total. Both require a $200 deposit that is non-refundable and non-transferable, and cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits it. Balances are paid in full on the first day by Zelle or cash, and classes begin promptly at 9:30 AM. Topics include lamination, tinting, shaping, brow mapping, tint ratios and mixing, live model work, social media branding, consent forms and aftercare kits. Attendees receive lamination products, a tinting kit, applicators, a tinting brush, a manual, supplier links, consent forms, a wax warmer, wax and a certificate of completion. Services are arranged as single treatments, combos and packages, and clients are given preparation and aftercare guidance, such as stopping AHAs, BHAs or retinols about a week before a lamination or lash lift combo and keeping brows and lashes dry and makeup-free for 24 hours afterward.
