The salon's philosophy starts from the idea that beauty begins within, and that hair reflects how a person feels about themselves. Each appointment is shaped together with the client, built on trust, intention and care, with the aim of leaving clients feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves. The salon also says it wants its stylists to grow and express themselves.
Blonding is a major focus. Options include balayage at half or full head, half foil babylights, and lived-in highlights using teasylights, which can be finished with a face frame or money piece. Modern classic full highlights, and a specialty blonding service that begins with a virtual consultation, are also offered. Dimensional and single-process color, custom toning and glosses sit alongside these. Lightening services can be paired with a K18 or Olaplex strengthening add-on, which the salon recommends for significant lightening.
Haircuts range from a lived-in barber cut and maintenance trims to an advanced cut for thick or long hair or a larger change. Cuts can be combined with an all-over gloss, custom toning, an energy refresh or the Soulette Signature Haircut. A wash and blowout is also available, with optional Bioprogramming iron work for finishing.
Energy work is available as a 15-minute add-on that may include guided meditation, light touch and hands-hovering energy work, or as a full session booked directly with the salon. Soul Blueprint astrology readings come with an emailed breakdown of a personal soul map, and love or soulmate readings are available on request. The Mini Beauty Retreats, about four and five hours long, combine sound healing, guided meditation, a mini astrology reading, a cut and color, and after-photos, with a therapy dog named Sadie providing grounding support during sessions.
To book, clients submit a request stating the service and provider they want, day or time limits, location, and two years of hair history with photos. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead. Late cancellations or missed reschedules carry a 50% non-refundable fee, and no-call, no-show appointments carry a 100% fee. Services are non-refundable, and listed prices are base prices. Phone is for texts or voicemail only, and email is available.
Beauty is treated as something that starts from within, with each appointment shaped together with the client around trust, intention and care.
