Color is a large part of the menu. Options run from root touch-ups and grey coverage to partial and full foil highlights, balayage, and express foils priced per foil. Several packages pair color with a women's haircut, and each lists what is included. Bleach and tone requires a thorough consultation before the service, and color corrections also begin with a consultation. New clients or anyone unsure what they need can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation before the main appointment.

For color visits, the salon asks that hair arrive clean and completely dry, without oils, heavy styling creams or dry shampoo. A valid credit card must be kept on file to hold an appointment, but nothing is charged at booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and a late cancellation fee of half the service cost may be applied as credit toward a future visit booked within 30 days. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service cost, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means losing the slot and paying for the full service.

Product sales are final. The salon does not issue monetary refunds for services, but a client who is unhappy with a service can contact the salon within 72 hours to discuss a corrective service.
