The menu is organized around facials, from a shorter Express Glow up to a 90-minute Luxury Skin Ritual, plus peels for different skin needs. The Clarifying Peel is designed for congested, oily or blemish-prone skin. The Delux Signature Facial adds advanced exfoliation, extended massage, a mask and LED. Clients who are new to the studio can book the Express Glow at a reduced rate. Treatments are built on clean, high-performance ingredients and routines adjusted to each client's skin.

Brows and lashes are a large part of the menu. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that sets brow hairs in an upward, outward direction, and brow tint uses a gentle vegetable or vegetable-hybrid dye. Lash tint is a semi-permanent dye for natural lashes, and the Korean lash lift can be combined with tinting or with brow services in a longer package.

Appointments are required, as walk-ins are not accepted, and the studio is open from 10 AM to 7 PM every day. Most facial, peel, lash and brow services take a $25 deposit, and Procell treatments take a $50 deposit. The Master Series deposit applies to new clients. Cancellations and changes need at least 24 hours' notice, or a 25% fee applies. No-shows are also charged 25%, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as no-shows. Late arrivals may have their treatment shortened while the full fee still applies. Rebooking after a cancellation counts as a new booking and forfeits the original deposit. Pricing may change without notice, and the studio notes that individual results may vary. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
