A private, one-on-one consultation covers a hair and scalp evaluation and a personalized plan, with a consultation fee of $200. Pricing depends on how much hair is needed, the type and complexity of integration, the level of customization and the time required, and a clear estimate is given at consultation. Booking terms are set out in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for appointments of four hours or more and for extension or mesh integration appointments. Cancellations or reschedules without proper notice carry a 50% charge, and no-shows are charged the full service. Refunds are not offered on custom color and extension services, and technical errors must be reported within 48 hours. Flexible payment plans are available through Affirm.
